BEFORE YOU BUY:

- We ship Worldwide.

- The DVD'S sold in this store are unofficial releases and are not commercially sold anywhere.

- They are not copies from original DVD'S and neither exist in original version.

- They are concerts of tramsmissons fron TV broadcasting of different countries (Germany, Japan, Australia, Italy,
  Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, U.K., etc), concerts from VHS transferred to DVD (never released on DVD)
  or concerts recorded by fans with audience cameras.
  
- They are concerts for real fan collectors who is looking for something rare and different.

             
          - In case of any problem with the DVDs, damaged, defective, package
            lost or any problem, please contact us: contact@planetrockdvd.com.
            Your total satisfaction is our priority. If you don't receive response in
            24 hours, maybe the email wasn't delivered, try again, we always reply
            all emails, doesn't matter what is the problem.

DVD QUALITY:
- Pro-Shot DVD's:
  10.0 - Perfect quality (sound & image).
    9.0 - Very good quality.
    8.0 - Good to see (Acceptable).
    7.0 - Bad image and sound, Fan Friendly, too old or taken from VHS.

- Audience Shot DVD's.
  9.0 - Good quality, not perfect, remember this is an audience camera.
  8.0 - Good to see (Acceptable).

- The sound and the image of the DVD is always better than the video sample.

         - All of our DVD's work in most modern DVD players.

WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE:
- Each DVD item has their own specific color artwork and label in a high quality transparent DVD case.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
- Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart
  and proceed to Checkout. You will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order
  shortly after we recieve payment from you.

- If you have a problem with your item, please contact us at contact@planetrockdvd.com. All items that are defective
  must be shipped back to us and then a replacement is shipped. The items returned to us must be in original
  condition with no visible damage or marks. We take great care to ensure that the items play before shipment.
